One-to-one communication is a key to effective marketing in the 21st century. Apart from classic B2C and B2B campaigns, we are now witnessing the rapid arrival of CRM... TeliaCall takes an individual approach to customers and is the only call center in the Czech Republic able to integrate CRM projects.
The beginnings of our company date back to the year 1992 - at the time we dealt mainly with service in the field of letter-shop (i.e. posting letters) and express assembling of consignments. At this time the firm acquired its first important direct marketing experience. In 1998 the company we know today as "TeliaCall," spread because of a new telemarketing branch and its extraordinarily fast and dynamic growth began. While at the beginning of 1998 there were only eight people employed, at the end of the year this number reached twenty. A real dynamic boom happened to TeliaCall in 1999. There were forty-five employees already, and the firm started to prepare for a further expansion, mainly because of the purchase of modern technologies. At the same time its operations moved to a new place, which was specially designed according to the newest advances from call centres in Germany. German partners even provided know-how - not only in technological, but also in directorial and psychological fields.
